- People who, because of their commitment to training in the different qualifications, wish to share their points of view and experiences in the development of vocational education and training (VET).
- Groups responsible of the professional guidance in VET institutions to achieve schooling success. They also manage the learning in training centres and labour market integration. The institutions have Quality Assurance Department that may contribute with its experience in the development of the European model on the vocational education and training quality.
- Grupo Academia. Centro Nacional de Recursos para la Orientación Profesional(CNROP): Spanish institution of resources for the vocational preparation.
- Staff of the universities who are devoted to the study and reflection on the creation of qualifications; to the study of the needs in training, labour market, training economy, and sociology of occupations.
- Teachers training graduates on design, planning and management of the quality in training.
- University departments of students’ guidance and information, as well as the employment services, or those in charge of the studies on graduates’ integration, employability observatories, etc.
