- People who, because of their commitment to training in the different qualifications, wish to share their points of view and experiences in the development of vocational education and training (VET).
- Groups responsible of the professional guidance in VET institutions to achieve schooling success. They also manage the learning in training centres and labour market integration. The institutions have Quality Assurance Department that may contribute with its experience in the development of the European model on the vocational education and training quality.

The volunteering sector plays and important role in all areas of society. People who selflessly devote their time and knowledge acquire new competences hardly achieved by other means. That is why the debate for the recognition of competences acquired through non-formal/informal pathways of training or experience will be subject of interest in this conference.
The youth between 18 and 25 years old have significant demands in the current economical situation. Both the ones with no training and job (NEETs), and the ones with a graduate looking for a job are priority sectors in the analysis of this conference. The initial qualification, the lifelong learning, and the career guidance are fields that involve the youth sectors. This conference invites to participation through the social movements representing them. .
