{qltab title="Business organisations"}
  • Companies are the key to employability and qualification. Through their implication in their workers' training to pursuit higher levels of professionalism, the companies attain productivity and competitiveness.
  • Business organisations of the productive sectors are the key in this conference. Their implication in the open debates, their knowledge, their productive experience, and their capacity to detect the market needs, among others, will provide the near future keys for qualification, mobility, productivity, and competitiveness in the global market. This conference is an opportunity to share experiences between different sectors and to make proposals suitable in the current situation.
{qltab title="Trade union and professional organisations"}
  • Trade union organisations play an important role in the workforce qualification and lifelong learning. Working life helps learning and developing competences acquired through the experience of daily activities. The collective bargaining agreements should implement these learning to bring about the highest qualification of workers. The National Catalogue of Qualifications should guide the companies training programs to establish as a goal the education and training for the best individual and collective qualification attainment. This goal will improve productivity and competitiveness.
  • Professional organisations, professional associations and independent organisations or groups of workers from different sectors, play an important role in this conference. They are the ones who detect the new qualifications and skills needs.
{qltab title="Social organisations"}
  • Non-governmental organisations (NGO) are organisations that perform important professional tasks thanks to volunteers. Even though sometimes these voluntary activities are not recognised, they should be considered as non-formal/informal learning representing an important cultural knowledge and professional experience. Also, these activities help to acquire basic skills, key skills qualification, and professional skills that the system should incorporate in the processes of accreditation. Here are the reasons why the organisations should propose the system to recognise and to incorporate these learning in their members' curriculum vitae.
  • Youth organisations, volunteering platforms, and youth platforms, among other organisations, develop non-formal learning that could become accumulative credits for those who wish to make formal studies. Through Youthpass, the formal education will be able to accredit the acquired learning.
