Oral Presentations: Research and theoretical papers, and individual or group experiences will be presented to share them with an audience interested in these contributions. In this oral presentation modality, delegates will have the opportunity of sharing their experiences, and their research or practical experience results.

Simposia: Under this modality, the conference will intend an open exchange of parallel experiences to share what look alike and what look different in order to achieve group enrichment. We can consider the symposium as an "umbrella" covering the shared initiatives from professionals, productive sectors, or innovative proposals taking into account the aims of the conference.

Group discussions: The goal of this proposal is to gather people with parallel interests and with the idea of debating about a concern of a topic and its conclusions. These conclusions will be subject to considerations from the audience and they will be spread in the proceedings of the congress. This congress will celebrate working meetings related to different topics: groups of academic and professional interest, international committees, technical commissions, etc. In this context, the conference will arouse groups of people from different places who wish to turn this opportunity into an ideal context to debate their ideas and proposals.

Workshops: This initiative will allow sharing different techniques, internships, or procedures in relation with the different topics of the congress. The workshop modality will also allow a practical and useful knowledge for professionals who are in the field of training, accreditation, and guidance through: traditional interviews, the use of latest technologies applied to professional guidance, and the creation of the Europass (European Skills Passport), among others.

Posters: This modality will allow sharing experiences or results from researches through a visual format. The poster will also allow showing summarized the main conclusions of an individual or collective work. It should stimulate a debate and an interchange of ideas in an informal and direct setting between its authors and the audience interested on sharing the different points of view.
