Simposia

Simposia: Under this modality, the conference will intend an open exchange of parallel experiences to share what look alike and what look different in order to achieve group enrichment. We can consider the symposium as an "umbrella" covering the shared initiatives from professionals, productive sectors, or innovative proposals taking into account the aims of the conference.

Instructions for presenting simposia: (instructions will be uploaded soon)

The coordinator must do the proposals for the presentation of symposia. The coordinator of the symposia must send the proposal in one Word document containing:

- - Title of symposium
  - Theme of symposium
  - Name, address and personal filiation of coodinator
  - Abstract of symposium (no more than 250 words)
  - Number of oral presentations included in the symposium
  - Name, address and personal details of each speaker
  - Abstract (no more than 250 words) from each speaker

Instructions for abstracts:

The abstracts can be presented in Spanish or English.
The title of the presentation must be short (max. 125 characters including spacing) and include as better as possible the content of the abstract.
The abstract must have a minimum length of 250 characters and a maximum length of 500 characters (excluding title, author's names, and personal details), and it cannot have quotes or references.
Each abstract must have between 3 and 4 keywords.
We appreciate if you avoid the use of abbreviations unless needed. Do not include figures or tables, and do not send attachments, slides, or any reference material.
Specify in which field your work should be included (see the list of fields). Choose a maximum of three fields in preference order.

Content organization of abstracts:

Use a sentence for the purpose of the presentation.
Note briefly the theoretical framework and reasons of the research.
Explain the method used.
Summarize the results obtained.
Point out a conclusion(s) of the research.
Close with a brief reflection about the practical, methodological, or theoretical implications of the research.
Do not include promising expressions, such as "the results will be discussed"; and do not include references in the abstract.

Remember that if it is written carefully, the proper evaluation by the scientific Committee will be easier. A brief description of the content will help for a rigorous and satisfactory assessment for your interests
