The Scientific Committee is a group of experts selected by the organisational committee of "Observal 2015". Its goal is to cooperate in scientific decisions so that the aims, the thematic proposals, and the activities developed lead to the achievement of the conference mission and vision. This scientific committee is advisory body with mandatory yet nonbinding reports. The role of its members is to back the different papers and proposals exposed during the conference. In order to achieve it, the members should:
- Look over the scientific and professional content of the papers that could be published in the webpage of the conference, or in a publication under the modality of oral presentation, poster, group discussion, symposium, or workshop.
- Look over the content of the workshops and symposia proposals of those interested in participate.
- Encourage the attendance of colleagues and professionals from the field of the conference, and promote the information among professional networks.
- Participate in the activities of the conference sharing their perspectives and ideas to achieve their goals.
The institutional committee is a group of people proposed by the organisational committee of "Observal 2015". Its goal is to have institutional representation during the conference. The members of this committee, by their academic, political, administrative, or management office, support with their presence the importance of this conference. They also contribute with their words and their support to the proper performance of the conference. Each of its members, depending on their office, will contribute with their presence in the different formal ceremonies.
